Perform a series of professional and rigorous testing and verification from design, trial production to mass production to ensure that the product quality meets the needs of customers and the market.

Comprehensive laboratory
In order to meet the requirements of customers, DWPH has established two high-precision wind tunnels that reach 1200CFM and 20inch-H2O, a sand and dust experiment box with IP6 rating, and a constant temperature and humidity of -40 ° C to 150 ° C. Machine, -40 ℃ ~ 200 ℃ cold and heat shock machine, thermal resistance tester, signal acquisition instrument, temperature acquisition instrument.

Noise Lab
DWPH established an acoustic chamber with a background noise of 12.3dB (A) in 2010, replacing the earlier acoustic measurement system. Measurement of sound noise, speed and electrical signal information, and engineers supplemented with software for professional acoustic analysis and improvement, so that DWPH products have lower noise and create a more user-friendly environment for customers.

Life Reliability Lab
Quality is the most important consideration of the product. DPWH strictly complies with the specifications of IPC9591 and established a high-temperature aging room consisting of 6 high-temperature ovens. The product continues to run at 75 ℃ for 3 to 7 months to ensure that all product designs are qualified. The delivery client is up and running for a long time. In addition, a special environmental temperature laboratory has been established to simulate the customer's use environment. The product has been running for 7 years since it was recorded.

Mechanical laboratory
The transportation environment is also an important part of testing the product. DWPH has established a laboratory related to machinery, equipped with a 100G mechanical impact machine, a 100G mechanical shaker, and a drop machine.

Precision measurement room
To ensure that the product not only meets the requirements in terms of design, but also in terms of production, a precision measurement laboratory with a three-dimensional and projector as the main equipment has been established with an accuracy of 0.002mm, which meets various requirements for product measurement.
